Over Achieving is NOT always a good thing.

My competitive nature/over achiever attitude may be hindering my progress. I think I signed up for way to many groups and all the goals they have. It's very overwhelming.

Tomorrow I'm making an effort to keep the ones that fit my lifestyle and temperament and let the others go. This will allow me the time to really do things well, plan my meals and exercise, etc. in a more beneficial why by allowing me to "think" not just do.
