my first week

so i have been eating healthy, staying within the recommendations for calories, and excersizing more than usual, but so far, i have not lost any weight. i'm still positive, though. i think it is a slow start for me, but i am still doing good and resisting temptation. hopefully by next week i will see some results. if anyone has any ideas or suggestions for me, send them my way!

    Hey, chica! Just hang in there. I'm having the same problem with my scale...it actually said that I gained a pound this week! I'm saying this for you as much as for me...you just gotta keep movin' and making the right choices. It WILL happen for you! Keep up the good work!

    Just keep going and you should honestly get rid of the scale or hide it for a month at least and then hop on....trust me. The scale will do frustrate you.....don;t judge your progress by the number on the scale but much better you feel and how your clothes feel.
