my first week

so i have been eating healthy, staying within the recommendations for calories, and excersizing more than usual, but so far, i have not lost any weight. i'm still positive, though. i think it is a slow start for me, but i am still doing good and resisting temptation. hopefully by next week i will see some results. if anyone has any ideas or suggestions for me, send them my way!
