Well, I just lost the blog I wrote so here it goes again.
I hv. already met and surpassed my weekly cardio minutes and calories burned and it's only Wed.
On my MWF scheduled program of 30 min, I hv been doing 60. Thirty about an hour before lunch and the other an hour before dinner,
In addition to that, I hv. a team challenge to do cardio at least 5 times a week. Can't wait to see if this program shows up on Saturday's weigh-in.
Tonite is the first nite that I have been really tired so I'm going to be bed a lot earlier than normal. Hope I don't wake up at 2 a.m. wide awake.
