Thank you Tony Little and Cher...

Today, one of my team leaders gave us a daily challenge - burn 400 calories today. My plan is set up for me to lose my 80 in 11 months. Therefore, my cardio burn for the day is only 233 calories. I usually exceed this, but never 400 in one day. For gosh sakes, I turned 58 in December and I'm on a walker. Not complaining. I never use my physical challenges as a crutch. Actually, since 1995 when I became disabled, it made me even more competitive than I was. Never thought that would happen.
Anyway, the only piece of equipment I can use for cardio at home is my Tony Little's Gazelle Sprint Master. Well, I knew I was going to need some awesome music so I put in my "Cher's Farewell Tour" CD, cranked it up and began to move.
I burned 310 during that CD, then another 163 with Tony's DVD later in the evening.
Boy am I feeling pretty good right about. Look like something the cat drug home and don't smell much better. ROFL
I'm off to shower and hit the sack. Don't think I'll have much trouble sleeping tonight.
Here's thanking God up above for helping me get through this and every other day.
