Work Out Program Change

I'm getting concerned regarding my weight loss, or lack thereof. Since I'm working the program correctly, I feel that the problem may lie in the area of strength training.
From the beginning, I had Sparks design my 30 min. strength plan which consisted of 6 exercises, 2x 12-15 reps each.
Today, I took control of my strength training. It is very aggressive, and, is going to be very challenging for me. It takes me about 90 minutes. Plus I do 30 minutes of cardio along with it. Holy Batman!!! What was I thinking. The Biggest Loser Competition (I'm on the Black Team) has gone to my head. Now let's see if it will fall off my hips and thighs.
Well, one thing for sure...if it doesn't work, I can change. I know where the REMOVE BUTTONS are.
