After a grueling week of revamping my strength from 30 minutes to 90, I finally lost ONE, yes, I typed in the correct number, pound. I worked very hard for that pound. I will hold my head high and pay a tribute to that one, precious, little, 3500 calories, that have been, sweated from body, never to be heard of again...except on the BLC chat where I have to post it.

It may seem so trivial to those members who had big weight losses last week, especially the one who lost 19 pounds, but to me it was classified as nothing short of a miracle.

One might think I would be bitter, but I'm truly not. I was happy last week when I lost nothing, and I just as happy with my one pound.

This brings my total lost for the month to 6 pounds. The program I'm on is to lose 8 pounds per month so I'm right on target with one week to go.

I'm sure I'm not going to be the Biggest Loser, but I will be a big winner by the end of the year.
