Can't move my arms...

Found out Saturday nite - late - that the challenges for BLC change every week. If you're participating, you know this week was wall push-ups and squats. And, if you've been reading my blog or been on the message board, you know I completely revamped my strength training program from 30 to 90 minutes. The new program did not include wall push-ups. Why, because I hate them - lol. And it's my program!

Well, I was frantic! I started blowing out the exercises. I ended up with 270 pushup and 310 squats. Glad it's over. Can't wait until tomorrow to find out what kind of torture we will have next week. Hope it's a torture I like - rofl. I crack myself up. (And I'm here all week.)

Oh, yeah, I also have changed up my cardio workout. I'm doing 4 sets of 15 minute blow out sessions. Trying anything to get downward spiral on that scale.

Actually, I only have to lose 2 pounds this week to be on target for my program - 8 pounds/month loss. Yes, I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
