Getting off the Coca Cola....

This is my hardest addiction to overcome in the weight loss arena. When I first started, I was so focussed and I went to cordial instead, then graduated down to water. I was losing weight, I was feeling healthier, I had a lot less mood swings, and I slept much better.

However, its crept back into my diet again and usually makes up about 1/3 of my calories a day :( Thats better than being twice the calories I should have been having, which it was in the beginning, but still its causing me to go over my calories and I've stopped losing weight again (those paddlepops don't count!) LOL!

This past month though, its been more than the coke, I've eaten so much crap its unbelievable. I've stopped drinking water and eating my fruit and veg as much - and I've started gaining again even though my exercise has gone way up.

So I really need to focus again... I think I'll go back to the cordial for a week or two to get the water back into me, then go back down to just water... YUK.
