Total Calories burned - 426


Pretty good for an old, fat lady on a walker - rofl!

Now I'm up doing a happy dance. Be very glad I don't put that on U-Tube!!!

    I also use the Gazelle. Well I should say when I have to. I'd much rather be walking outside.
