This month a lot of my focus is going back to the basics of nutrition and increased fitness with a few other pertinent things thrown in. As always this list is subject to change during the month as needed, and it also posted on my Spark Page so I am reminded of them often.
1. Stay within nutritional range. I've been below to much.
2. Make a concentrated to get back to 8 hours of sleep a night.
3. Workout in the morning to include at least 30 min/strength and 60 min/cardio.
4. Walk at least 5 miles/week.
5. Clock 10K steps/day.
6. Do Quick Fire Challenge every day.
7. Contact minimum of 5 inactive class members/week.
8. Complete and post motivational collage.
9. Organize my time better so I'm on the computer less.
10. Spend at least one day/week on "me."
