Here I am again, recycling weight I promised I had lost "for good".
After re-starting healthy habits last summer I had lost about 20 lbs - 13 on SparkPeople. I thought I was maintaining well with a bad foot and work-related travel....but by 2010 it became apparent that I had slipped into old habits and that, no surprise, there are consequences to that behaviour. So....here is February 1, and before I scare the Groundhog back into his hole tomorrow - I am regrouping. I'll give a "first of the month" blog update as part of my regimen.

Goal # 1: Drink that water
Goal # 2: Put moving back into each day
Goal #3: I know how I need to eat...just do it!!
Goal #4: Participate in 1-2 SP Monthly Challenges
