Tired but happy!

Its been a GOOD day - I walked over 9 miles this morning and did yoga this afternoon! In between I baked bread and after yoga I went to the grocery store. Oh - and I did some cleaning this morning! Wow - no wonder I'm tired - but its the GOOD kind of tired!! I stayed on track with my food today and am feeling great about that!!
