Finally - a pound lost!

After weeks on a plateau, I finally lost a full pound today - I guess all the attention to journaling my food and exercise is paying off! Now to continue the trend!!

    Joining SP a month a go has given me the *spark*! This is the first time in my life that I've stayed with a walking program because I'm accountable to myself (and all of SP). Sometimes those plateaus actually represent fat changing into muscle. How my clothes fit is a more accurate measure for me than the scale is...
