28 Day Bootcamp! Was. Awesome!

I just completed the 28 Day bootcamp and although it was VERY tough (especially since I caught a cold my third week in), I lost 4 lbs. which is pretty good because I lose weight REALLY slowly and it kicked my weight loss into gear. I look and feel a lot leaner. I went to the gym yesterday and couldn't believe my stamina--it was through the roof! I had all the energy in the world to go full-force on the pre-core machine and elliptical and stepper (each more than 20 minutes--EASY!).
I feel really good. I'm getting a confidence back that I feared was gone for good. Sigh...of relief
