This fun and easy challenge will run from 12:00am Friday to 11:59pm Monday, your time zone.

E = Exercise: Strength or Cardio (5 points for each 15 minutes, maximum up to 20 points/day)

B = Breakfast : Include a good fiber source + good protein source + good calcium source (5 points for each one, maximum 15 points/day)

BONUS: 5 extra points EACH for hitting maximum points for F or E (maximum 10 bonus points total)
