Good day!! Had a lousy night's sleep, but DH let me sleep a little extra this morning!!

Did Billy Bank's Tae Bo again and felt the Energy! Power! Endurance! from within!!!

Kept within my calorie and nutrition goals! --Had just a smidge too much fat, though and not enough carbohydrates! --Hence.... Buddha Belly!!!!

    Sorry you're a bit out of balance lately and hope you'll be able to bounce back soon.
    As far as grown-up kids go - I'm with you.
    Actually, I'm ready for both of mine to move out.
    My 21-year-old will, beginning of next year, my 17-year-old - probably not so soon...
    Guess we'll have to hang in there.
