Good day!! Had a lousy night's sleep, but DH let me sleep a little extra this morning!!
Did Billy Bank's Tae Bo again and felt the Energy! Power! Endurance! from within!!!
Kept within my calorie and nutrition goals! --Had just a smidge too much fat, though and not enough carbohydrates! --Hence.... Buddha Belly!!!!
