ok - I'm throwing out a challenge of my own today. My weight is up today (sodium and carbs I'm thinking) and I want to get back on track - NOW. So - JUST FOR TODAY I WILL EAT NO PROCESSED FOOD - ONLY FRESH FOODS, either made from scratch or raw.
