What will you do today to improve your health and fitness?

ok - I'm throwing out a challenge of my own today. My weight is up today (sodium and carbs I'm thinking) and I want to get back on track - NOW. So - JUST FOR TODAY I WILL EAT NO PROCESSED FOOD - ONLY FRESH FOODS, either made from scratch or raw.

What will YOU do today (in addition to any challenges you are already participating in) to improve your health and fitness?

    That sounds great!! My challenge is to get some small bits of fitness in between spending time working this evening AND taking the time to plan out my workouts for the rest of the week!

    Ok, I'm up for a challenge. I felt less than well last week so I slacked off on exercise quite a bit. So, just for today I will get back on the exercise horse and ramp it back up to where it should be, which is between 1 hour and 1.5 hrs of walking per day. Thanks for the challenge and good luck in meeting yours!
