So.... Last year, I was down about 15 pounds when I found out a family member had been seriously assaulted. We had to go through police investigations and get the individual therapy. I ended up taking the person on a trip at the end of the investigation in order to "get away" and forget the trauma for a time. --I also gained back all of the 15 pounds back!!
Today, I am determined to not have that happen!! And so... When I got stressed out today, I ended up weed whacking for 4 to 5 hours!! I ate properly and did the yard work with my 15 year old son doing the mowing, also.
I prayed and prayed and prayed as I kept doing the weed whacking!! I am going to totally keep working out my stress! That is my plan.
I know if I keep eating right and keep experiencing all the stressors in my life, I will feel the stress more and more and more. And so........ I am going to work out and work through my stress!!
