I have generally been doing well with my eating plan for the last month, although some days were not as good as others, at least there was consistant effort.

My house is SOOOOO organized. I am off work with a wrist injury. The Physical Therapist wants me to try typing so I am posting here but it must be brief.

Yesterday I walked downtown then came home and did the ABS of Callinetics. I didn't feel very challenged by either but I did a work out.

Today I really challenged myself. I did strength (being careful with my left arm not to do any lifting or hold weight). I did one handed kettlebells, then some one armed military presses with the KB, then .....

Have to stop now, wrist hurts.

then various core exercises and focus on stabilizer muscles. Followed by a challenging walk on the treadmill.

I followed my food plan today again too! yea!

My wrist really hurts though.

    Hi! I follow the Fast-5 food plan but keep my calories in check by also eating food from "Diet to go" their low carb plan, sometimes one meal sometimes two from them a day. I add healthy carbs to their food so I am not really doing low carb, just relying on them for my protein and having a hardboiled egg to a salad and often some milk or yogurt to get a days worth of protein plus fruit and whole grains that I buy myself.

    The Fast 5 program is something I follow most days of the week, but I take up to 3 days a week when I let myself eat more then in a 5 day window. I lose more weight when I stick to the Fast 5 eating plan (eating only in one 5 hour window of time, typically a snack, meal and then after my evening bath another little snack.) But some days like today, I wake up really really hungry and I make myself drink a liter of something and if I am still hungry an hour or two after getting up, I let myself have a meal. This way I am not really suffering much hunger and letting my body guide me rather than fighting against my body.
