I have generally been doing well with my eating plan for the last month, although some days were not as good as others, at least there was consistant effort.
My house is SOOOOO organized. I am off work with a wrist injury. The Physical Therapist wants me to try typing so I am posting here but it must be brief.
Yesterday I walked downtown then came home and did the ABS of Callinetics. I didn't feel very challenged by either but I did a work out.
Today I really challenged myself. I did strength (being careful with my left arm not to do any lifting or hold weight). I did one handed kettlebells, then some one armed military presses with the KB, then .....
Have to stop now, wrist hurts.
then various core exercises and focus on stabilizer muscles. Followed by a challenging walk on the treadmill.
I followed my food plan today again too! yea!
My wrist really hurts though.
