Oh the irony!

You have to love the irony of joining a sleep better challenge yet having the worst week of sleep in a long time lol. For some reason this week when I lay down my brain seems to take that as a sign to rev up to full blast. Despite deep breathing and meditation before bed the second my head hits the pillow every thought imaginable comes creeping in. I've had problems off andon my whole life with insomnia so this isn't really a new problem for me. I just found it ironic that it chose to come back full force the first week of the challenge.
