Nonstop November - Challenge Wrap-up

Saturday, November 26, 2011

Well, if there has ever been a month that did not go as planned, particularly goal-wise, this was it.

1. Mileage (75 miles) - I struggled with getting my mileage in ALL. MONTH. LONG. Despite my ankle injury I managed to log 15 miles this week, but that didn't get me anywhere close to my lofty goal of 75 miles in November. The final tally for the month was 58.12 miles.

2. Yoga (2x a week) - This is the one goal that I consistently met every week this month... except this week. Aside from the yoga portion of my Yoga Booty Ballet Toning DVD, it just didn't happen.

3. Finish Jillian Michaels 'Shredding it with Weights' - Um... who is Jillian Michaels??

And last but not least...

4. Patience - Aside from week 2, this area improved as the month went on, the final week of the challenge being the best. I think all motherly outbursts were completely justified this week.

From the sounds of things, this wraps up the last M2W Bootcamp Team challenge for a while. It's been fun, ladies! Thank you for all of your motivation and support!!

    LOL @ #3!!

You did great this month though. I mean, whenever does a month go as planned? Mine never do. But that's just it. At least we're making plans and trying. Better than not making a plan and not doing anything!!

    Big hugs.
