This past week I joined the Spark Team 'Fit and Pregnant', but have done anything but be what that title implies. These past few weeks I have craved terrible foods, and gave into those cravings. Feeling terrible after giving into said cravings hasn't even been deterring me from doing it again and again. Sigh.
I have been getting the majority of my workouts in, but the intensity has been lacking. I did however run a 5-mile race with my mom this afternoon. While the pace was slow, I only walked at the two water stops.
Anyway, my goal for December is to be FIT and pregnant. To reach that go I hope to take the following steps:
1. NOT give into all of my cravings. I know some will be unavoidable, but I must exhibit some self control.
2. Freggies! Unless French fries are considered a freggies, I haven't been getting my share. My goal is going to be at least 4 servings every day.
3. I may be setting myself up for failure with the onset of winter, but I need to keep my mileage up. Pregnant or not, I am still registered for the Disney Princess HM in February. Whether I walk it or run it, I still need to rack up some miles in preparation. I am going to aim for 15 miles a week, walking, running and/or elliptical
4. Yoga, because as I have said before, it makes me happy. I am going to aim for twice a week, at least 30 minutes.
