December Challenge - Week 1 Recap

Well, here I was thinking that I did fairly decent with my December goals this week, and then I revisited what they actually were...
1. NOT give into all of my cravings. Well, I suppose that i did better this week than I had in previous weeks, but there is definitely still plenty of room for improvement.
2. Freggies - at least 4 servings a day!
3. 15 miles a week, walking, running and/or elliptical -
17.33 miles this week!
4. Yoga, twice a week, at least 30 minutes - Well, it happened once for 45 minutes. I had hoped to squeeze in another 30 minutes worth today, but I just didn't have it in me.
My goal is to have that cute little emoticon on my blog 4 times next week...
