April Week 2

This week was nothing compared to last week, and not in a good way. Strep throat and other various viral things made their way through my household, leading to virtually nothing, fitness and otherwise, being accomplished.

Revisiting my April goals...

1. Walk a minimum of 15 miles per week - A very disappointing 5.54 miles...

2. Strength training, especially upper body, at least 4x per week - managed 3...

3. A minimum of 5 freggie servings per day - I did okay with this one, only missing my mark on one day

4. Eliminating the pile of laundry in the spare room - I did no laundry, thus not adding to the pile, but I did not work on eliminating the pile either.

Starting fresh (again) tomorrow. This week HAS to be better. It just has to.
