Getting back on track

I spent the past week at an academic conference in Cape Cod. Although I had an absolute blast, I allowed my diet/exercise regiment to go the wayside. Now that I have returned home, I am struggling to get back on track. Usually this is the time where I give up and allow my old habits to take over. I am learning that new healthy living habits do not come easily. I am probably going to have several "relapses" before it becomes second nature to make smart lifestyle decisions. I am so happy to find a community where I can return to for inspiration and that welcomes me back, again and again!
