I've been terrible about blogging, mostly because my work computer won't let me add a blog to this website. I've been working out twice a day - elliptical at 5 a.m. and a workout at lunch, either yoga or walking or jogging. I've been eating pretty well. The scale has been s-l-o-w-l-y showing my progress. But my clothes feel like they're fitting better and my stomach looks smaller.

    I, too, have noticed my shirts feel looser around the belly even though the scale has stalled temporarily. Let's keep up the good efforts. emoticon ! -- Lou

    Right On! Keep up the good work. I'm terrible about blogging too. Haven't done it for such a long time. I just don't have the time.
