Balance - does that describe your lifestyle?

As we journey onward toward a healtheir lifestyle, we become aware of so many little nuances that infiltrated our way of doing activities, of selecting and eating foods. Habits. These are our habits. And perhaps our habits are exactly was is the measure that throws our healthy balance a little to the wrong side of perfection.
Balance is not quickly achieved, and in fact is pretty hard to get to if we're not really THINKING and becoming aware.
No exact formula will fit everyone; each of us explores our options and sometimes the effort is daunting. But as we discover hurdles and then leave them in the dust, we near our objectives... and feel better, stronger, more alive with every bit of progress in the right direction.
Becoming aware is the first step toward balance in lifestyle.
It is one of my prime goals.
My hurdles are pretty frustrating and I know I face them alone.
But somehow the challenge is exhilarating: I am changing in the right direction!
If balance is the word you already use to describe your lifestyle, kudos to you!
But if your struggle is huge, feels impossible or the goal seems far off? Just focus on the simple things in front of you. Look for balance: in your nutrition, in your activities, in the way you live.
Awareness plus focus leads toward... balance.
