Losing weight when over 60 should be considered an Olympic Sport!!
YES... YAY, team... GO, GO, GO!!! Right??

My prime concern for most of my time here has been focus on nutrition, balance, health. And about 2 years ago I decided "ok, I'm still alive... now let's see why all this healthy eating and staying-in-range and -balance is not resulting in weight loss"!!

Still workin' on it, folks!!

I know that the limitations on my exercise abilities are involved in this, but my math indicates I should be one svelte good-lookin' ole broad by now!! Instead, here I am, still ME. Oh yuh, in better shape than b4, fer shure but still almost all there weight-wise. Ummm welllll ok about 30 pounds down, but not enough.

If I don't give up, how can anyone else!??
GO FOR IT..

Sharon, thank you for that comment! You know... my doctor said she - a runner and the 'picture' of what you'd guess to be the results of healthy lifestyle - wishes her bloodwork and 'pressure were as good as mine! Yet to look at us, who would ever GUESS?? LOL... Sometimes being the best you can be at a given point of time ...may not show, but we can rejoice anyway! :)
