Ahhhh!! ENJOYED my workout at the Y today!!

Today's workout at the Y was great!
Did the FitLinxx machines that I can do and this Nu (something) recumbant whatchamacallit. Did 1300 steps on the whatchamacallit while comfortably seated and with arms rowing ... it's sort of a seated elliptical, according to the gal at the Y.
My new sneakers (aka athletic shoes) were incredibly comfortable, and my ankle wasn't bothered by any of the exercises I did in the hour-plus of nonstop activity.
My September-through-late December workout plan is in a wonderful warm-up phase, and I'm feeling very optimistic!
Y'know... the hardest part of any exercise plan is putting it into motion.
I'm in motion.
