Goals for Oct.

My Goals for October are simple and basic. This is what I need right now.
Drink 6/ 8 cups of water a day.
Cut dt. drinks to no more than 2 per day.
Exercise 15 minutes 6 days a week. 30 will be better & fantastic
I will settle for 10 if that's all I can manage. ;)
Main objective: TO MOVE!
Stop making excuses. Unless I can't get out of bed because of pain...then there
is no excuse.
Measure portions: My digital scales and measuring cups are back on the counter.
It was good to have some positive results on my blood work. Things are slowly starting to come together health wise and I have every intention of staying on this path.
