Motivation has always been something I struggle with. I usually start off good and strong, but if I'm not getting results as fast as I would like I start to waiver in my commitment. Knowing that this is one of my weaknesses on my path to heath and fitness doesn't seem to prevent me from falling into its trap. I need to start avoiding my scale except for a weekly weigh in (I find myself habitually weighing myself at least once or twice a day currently) and convinvce myself that results take time. I need to find ways to push past those negative thoughts that hold me back. I have to make it my goal to stay motivated and put some ducktape on the mouth of that inner voice that is forever telling me I can't do it.
