I hope everyone is getting ready for the holidays and eat healthy. I know it is tough , but we can do it. If you do pig out just add more minutes to your workout. This is what I do.

    It takes a lot of exercise to burn those extra calories so my strategy will be to avoid them as much as possible and be mindful. There will be other Thanksgivings and Christmases.

    They say that these next 6 weeks are the hardest for people who are trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Not only are the holidays coming, but the weather in some areas makes it a little more difficult to get outside and take a walk! As long as we make a plan though, we can be successful!!!!
