Fab Ab February!

I really need for February to be fabulous... January started off so well and then proceeded to go downhill incredibly fast.

This month, I am doing my best to set myself up for success. I registered for a 10K in April, a 4 miler in March, and then there are 2 or 3 local 5K's to fill in with here and there. I also registered for an 8-week runner's yoga class that starts April 3rd; each class begins with a short run, followed by 45 minutes of yoga practice to stretch and strengthen the muscles you use most for running. Ideally, I would like to loose 10-15 lbs. before the yoga class starts, which is going to take some serious focus. For a little added motivation, a certain SparkFriend and I are having our own little personal Biggest Loser Challenge this month.

Anyway, back to the purpose of this post. One of my best friends, who moved across the country almost 2 years ago, sent me this Fab Ab Challenge. As we all know, the more the merrier, so who's in????

Obviously, the calendar was generated when the month started on a Wednesday, but I think we can all improvise, right??

    Yay!! But you guys are scaring me with all if this beach and bathing suit talk!! And 6 weeks?? 8 weeks??? I hope I don't see any of that until at LEAST June!!

    I noticed the other day that I am getting ab definition & I have been totally focused on it. Yes, as Trixie noted Spring break is at the end of March! I've got 8 weeks to lose, tone & look fabulous so when I am laying around the beach or poolside I am smoking...


    Ohhh, maybe I can convince hubby & family to dress up for dinner one night during our trip so I can wear my black dress again... emoticon

    I'm in for the challenge! It seems something that is totally doable. Seems like you have a lot of great things coming up in the next few months. You will do great! Thanks for posting the challenge!
