I found this video the other day and decided to make this my challenge. My goal is to be able to accomplish (eventually) All three reps. It's no easy task but I'd like to work my way there. I started today. While i only managed 80 jumping jacks, 20 Running men, 15 situps and 30 lunges, I am quite proud of myself.

I started out being down on myself. I mean, The least I should have been able to do was 1 Rep of this but it was harder than it looked. ESPECIALLY being over 200lbs with apron fat on the lower belly. It makes things much harder to finish because lets face it, i'm carrying a whole lot of weight on the belly area. It in itself is like adding weights to any exercise.

I left it like this. Hey Beck! This was more than you did yesterday! So keep with it and eventually you'll make your goal. Don't forget the extra cardio for weightloss though each day.

So I leave my challenge in here. Who knows, maybe some of YOU would like to take this challenge too. I'd like to be able to accomplish my goal by the end of the summer. That is, all 3 reps of 100 situps, 80 mountain climbers, 60 lunges and 30 situps. The video URL is as follows:

The link seems to break apart on SP so make sure you copy the whole link and paste is. You won't regret it!

OH...My...Word...she is a machine! Wow, seriously. I'm tired from watching her. Ugh. She sure is rock solid, though? Huh?

I will check out the link...but I know that I already have to do modified jumping jacks for bad knees and sit ups are hard b/c of an old tailbone injury. Maybe I can find a way to modify that too? I'm very proud of you! I remember when just getting through a Leslie one mile video killed me and after months of doing it, it was easy. Now, I'm back to the ugh it's gonna kills me again phase...but I remember it getting easier and it helps to push me. How are you doing with it? How are YOU doing?
