Getting some extra perks from exercise

I am getting more & more motivated to exercise. One reason is my YMCA has a summer program that offers free lunch to kids Mon-Fri from 11a-1p. Also, the Y offers 2 hours a day of free child care. How can I not exercise?! So I have been trying a lot of new exercise classes and enjoying some swim time with my little one. When we return,my toddler sleeps for 3 hours too. I have been pushing her stroller for my after dinner walk. We started with 10 minutes at the beginning of the Spring Challenge & are up to 45 minutes. By the time we are back home from our walk, she is already asleep for the night! With these kind perks, I'll keep moving :)
