Stop Dieting and Start Living

I just read an article I enjoyed so much I wanted to share it with all my SparkFriends:
This sentence really resonated with me: "You recognize that the primary problem isn’t what you eat, or even how much you eat, but how and why you eat."
I recognized long ago that HUNGER isn't why I sometimes overeat - it is because I like the taste of a food and it is THERE. If I can leave the oatmeal cookies on the shelf at the store I don't eat too many of them. Some foods I can have in the house without triggering the urge to eat too much/many, but cookies - not so much.
