A pound a week!

I'm averaging a pound a week of weight loss. That is great, consistant, but feels pretty slow. When I first went low carb 2 years ago it was 2-3 pounds a week which was amazing. I know this pace is right for me right now, especially since I can do very little exercise with my back problems. I am excited to see the difference 4 ppounds makes in my problem area (belly), and my measurements are changing, too, so... No complaints! I'll keep up on Spark, keep going, and I will make my goal of being into the 'normal/healthy' weight range by my 40th birthday in December. I can do this, and stay there!
