Rainy Tuesday

Since it was raining, I rode my stationary bike 3.5 miles instead of my usual walk. It was good to change it up. Now I need to figure out how to get strength training into my plan. One of the articles I read was on muscle loss during weight loss. I am going to research how to go forward with strength training.

    I have kettle weights and I like them ... I also have 2 and 3 pound weights that I like to use while sitting ... keeps me in motion .... Roc
