What are you doing to challenge your body to bring about change??

Ok we are all the first excitement glow and energy from the surge of weightloss when you first start on your fitness journey. Then it happens BAM...you hit that proverbial BRICK WALL that won't seem to budge for nothing. Where that's were I am..who am I kidding. That's where I've been for the betterment of 8+ months. It sucks and I don't like it.. I've come way way too far and I'm a much stronger person than when I start my journey almost 3 yrs ago.

So in order to bring about change you have to push and CHALLENGE yourself. So I came up with just that. The very mere challenge I was going to do last year but chickened out of.. Yeah me I know.. I'm always up for a challenge. But with this one I didn't feel I was ready for. Oh what I difference a year makes. This year along with a spark friend and a Facebook fitness friend I'm doing the 12 week bodybuilding.com transformation contest.. I'm super excited and def feel up to the challenge.. I'm going in 150%.. No holds barred. I may even get the top cash prize.. I'll post updates along the way... STAY TUNED.

I want to thank all my Spark friends for the love,support, and concern you stopped by and showed on my page either via message or goodie. It meant and means the world to me. And I promise this time for real...... I'M BACK!!!!
