Time to Re-evaluate

I've been slacking off big time lately and not losing a thing. I think I may have even gained a few lbs back. So I'm going to re-evaluate my work out plan tomorrow morning and get back in line. I'm going to redo my Spark program, start tracking workouts again, even take a few before pictures. Although I've already lost 12 lbs here, I want to start completely fresh like it's my first day! Especially now that I'm engaged I have a very good reason to want to get in shape! So here I go!
