Early morning fitness

Yesterday my daughter asked me if I could come to her house early this morning so that I could take her girls to school and daycare since she had an early morning meeting at work.. She said she hoped it was okay if I skipped my fitness since I needed to be there by 6:15 a.m. Of course, I said I would be happy to help her out. Well I decided I wasn't going to miss my fitness so I got up at 4:00 a.m. and did it. emoticon You might ask why I couldn't do it later. I know myself well enough that if I don't do it first thing in the morning, I won't do it at all.

    BTW - I can't imagine *why* anyone (family or not) would even dare to suggest that you give up something so important.......sheesh!

    WOW....I so wish I could get into that habit...exercise in the am....when I do, it sets the tune of the rest of my day and it's usually a successful tune. Is there anything that you did to get yourself into exercising in the mornings??? Any pointers other than just make yourself do it???
