New Beginnings: help!!

Let's begin at the beginning which is a very good place to start (Mary Poppins, maybe?)
My 12 yr old GD, Adie, will be here Wed. I think she will encourage ME TO BE OUT SIDE MORE. TRUE, I've DEVELOPED ALL OF THESE ALLERGIES but I must get exercise and walking is what I enjoy best! I know she'll cheer me on as I ride my stationery bike. :)
I am going to restart my weight loss this week, as well.
Back to the basics for me. I'm completely off my plan at the moment.
I've regained a few pounds maybe 7 ? and ... I have to get back on track.
God help me! Have mercy on my weakness and give me hope once again.
1st things 1st:
write down what I eat before I eat it.
2nd thing 2nd:
move
3rd thing:
get the junk food out of my sight, again.
4th thing:
look at the food list I ate from in the 1st 7 months and copy them. they worked last time!!
please, my goal was to live my life here on spark people in a way that would encourage my friends.
Now I need help getting back on the horse again.
I have developed many allergies, I was tested and next thing is to let the allergist interpret it for me. I developed eczema from the allergies, too, so I have STRONG desire to stay away fro the foods that have effected me in such an severe way.
Please share your ideas and hopes with me.
I may be allergic to gluten, the test pointed out wheat in every form but it could mean 'air born' but I won't know for a while longer.
reward? I will reward myself when I write down my food for tomorrow. I have been slack at the rewards so I'm going to reward the strong 35 pounds I've still lost!
5th: I'm taking pictures asap. I have no recent photos. All of this is going to change asap.

    I have missed you. I am so sorry to hear how this battle continues to rage on. I lift you up in my prayers. I can sure relate to getting off of programs. I have been off mine too. I did walk again today, but it is not consistent like it used to be.
    Are you able to eat vegetables?
    What kind of foods are you now able to eat? I have a vegetarian cook I could look into and share some recipes with you.
    Are you able to eat fruit? I have some wonderful recipes for health drinks also. I do not know what you can now have.
    I will check on you to see how you are.
    I hope you will be able to get outside and enjoy the nice weather. Do you like to garden? They say this is not only good for exercise, but very therapeutic.
    Just know I will be keeping you in my prayers.

    I have been wondering where you were, I know you have not been feeling well so didnt want to bother you. We are here for you! emoticon Encouragement goes both ways you know, not just one way! You will do fine, its always a new day to begin again. When I was losing I lost 2 punds a week, so in a few weeks you can be back where you were! emoticon emoticon

    I agree about the green smoothies, they are very healing to your body. I also might suggest that you avoid all milk products (we switched to almond milk or hemp, coconut, etc) My husband suffered from severe allergies (cats, dogs, pollen, dust etc.) And then we decided to stop consuming dairy because of one of my own health issues. Now he is completely free of the drips, sniffles and sneezes that used to be an hourly occurrence. Diet has a LOT to do with our overall health! Gluten too can wreak havoc on many people. PS. It's not how many times we fall, it's how many times we get up.

    Look into green juice, green smoothies and above all else EAT YOUR VEGGIES! And fruit of course. Drink your water, get your sleep.

    Also, get a really strong reason you want to REMAIN on program. I don't know the facts of why you went off program, but perhaps you got into fear because it was working. So, game plan to remain on program would be up on my to do list.

    Getting back to basics is definitely the answer fo rme when I feel myself veering off path.
