New Beginnings: help!!

Let's begin at the beginning which is a very good place to start (Mary Poppins, maybe?)
My 12 yr old GD, Adie, will be here Wed. I think she will encourage ME TO BE OUT SIDE MORE. TRUE, I've DEVELOPED ALL OF THESE ALLERGIES but I must get exercise and walking is what I enjoy best! I know she'll cheer me on as I ride my stationery bike. :)
I am going to restart my weight loss this week, as well.
Back to the basics for me. I'm completely off my plan at the moment.
I've regained a few pounds maybe 7 ? and ... I have to get back on track.
God help me! Have mercy on my weakness and give me hope once again.
1st things 1st:
write down what I eat before I eat it.
2nd thing 2nd:
get the junk food out of my sight, again.
look at the food list I ate from in the 1st 7 months and copy them. they worked last time!!
please, my goal was to live my life here on spark people in a way that would encourage my friends.
Now I need help getting back on the horse again.
I have developed many allergies, I was tested and next thing is to let the allergist interpret it for me. I developed eczema from the allergies, too, so I have STRONG desire to stay away fro the foods that have effected me in such an severe way.
Please share your ideas and hopes with me.
I may be allergic to gluten, the test pointed out wheat in every form but it could mean 'air born' but I won't know for a while longer.
reward? I will reward myself when I write down my food for tomorrow. I have been slack at the rewards so I'm going to reward the strong 35 pounds I've still lost!
5th: I'm taking pictures asap. I have no recent photos. All of this is going to change asap.
