Fit, Firm and Focus - Day 3

Hmm - something I am telling myself is a temporary glitch happened today...an unexplained 'up' on the scales. At least I thought it was unexplained and then I ran my mind over what I had eaten over the weekend and was scrupulously honest about how much activity I'd participated in.
The long walk the weekend before was replaced by an afternoon watching the Singapore Grand Prix with the family. I'd dipped into the snacks that everyone else was sharing more than a couple of times. Hubby had done the supermarket shop whilst I'd just made a dash to get a sweater and then stood chatting. Any one of those is probably not a biggie but strung together over a lazy weekend, they add up.
So today I'm determined to stay on track.
Fit #Day 3 - Made a start! 30 mins Jessica Smith Flat Abs Walk done already AND I intend to get out into the autumn sunshine and garden for an hour.

Focus*Day 3 - The big question - What do I stand to gain by doing this?
In particular, Who will benefit?
Three hugely important areas for me are Family, Health and my Work.
My family will gain because I'll be able to do more and not be a drag on them.
My health will benefit because...well, the becauses are liver, heart and joints.
My work will benefit because I love my job and I have the chance to give and make a difference.
An unhealthy me can't benefit any of the above.
No brainer. Be fit; firm up; stay focussed!
