Fit, Firm and Focus - Day 4

Well, the extra pound was still there this morning. Sneaky, sneaky.

It fired me up enough to get my exercise done first thing. 12 hours, a working day and a clean oven later, I'm feeling the effects now. I WANT TO EAT GINGER OATIES!

However, I'm here, resolute...with a bottle of water and an apple.

FIT #Day 4 - 30 mins 'Stride and Strength' - that's a Jessica walk with weights. Managed the arm stuff better holding onto hand weights. Sense of purpose! I guess it's the woo-hoo wavy-dancy stuff I can't relax with. I need to get out more....

FIRM~Day 4 - See above AND a Coach Nicole Abs one from Bootcamp. Oh and if you wanted a real laugh at 7am, you could have seen me attempt the Yoga promo vid. I defy anyone to do 'Down Dog' and watch their screen at the same time..and I turned back end on.

FOCUS* Day 4 - Is meant to be 'Visualize the 'You' you wish to become. What are we going for here? Something out of a mag or a younger 'me'? Hmmmmm.....No. Recipe for disaster in the making. It works for some people. It's very heartening to see folks' before and after shots. However, I just want to be fit, happy and quirky.

Roll on tomorrow and another chance to make a change. Big hug for anyone reading. Have a happy day! :)
