Fit, Firm and Focus - Day 7

Confession time - School work was valuable work BUT

The big travelly bit yesterday was a flight up to Glasgow to see Ryan Adams and the Cardinals. We flew back on the 6.30 this morning. Great gig btw. He's in good shape!

Now, whether it was all the airport walking or the adrenalin last night but I seem to have shifted the regained surplus and was a point down on the body fat reading too.

Let's see if we can get through my Sis-in-law's 60th with some sensible eating next. I'm in a happy place today.

Fit # Day 7 - Says 'Active Rest Day' on my schedule. This sounds suspiciously like housework so I am making an executive decision and doing a Coach Nicole cardio instead. I think - added to the trudge from the far reaches of Stansted to the far reaches of the overspill car park, that should do me nicely.

Firm~Day 7 - Does pulling a wheelie case count? No?? OK. It's either abs or 'magic' knickers with tonight's dress. I'll do the abs....Really.... A girl has got to breathe. Actually that doesn't sound right. I am going out suitably attired, truly!

Focus *Day 7 - This one's easy today. Don't let anyone grind you down, especially the sneaky small inner voice of the Doubt Gremlin.

Do a bit of 'something' every day and keep the faith. You can achieve it!!

Hugs all round and thank you for hearing and cheering.
