Review and goal-set!
Got rid of the regained lb. Aim - get rid of another of the pesky things.
Fit#Day 8 - a Jessica Smith walk - Abs walk. This will complement the useful video link on SP main page today to....
Firm~Day 8 - Coach Nicole's Seated Core work. As long as I've done or intend to do some cardio, I quite like the seated vids because I tack them on the end of a desk session. Useful for grumbly knee days too. Well worth checking out.
Focus*Day 8 - You'll laugh at this... I had something very clever in mind for this section earlier today but I FORGOT it. So, to exercise the old grey matter a bit, I'm going to spend 10 mins on one of the free apps like Brain Yoga.
Hopefully this will refresh the old cells before tomorrow. Though, give me my due, I have been at work all day today!
It's Monday tomorrow but we are going to hit that week with strength and determination and we are going to find a small oasis of calm each day to relax, recharge and appreciate how wonderful we really are!!
