Back after baby number two!

Hello, Sparkers! Here I am again after another LONG absence. Shortly after I posted my very last blog entry, my husband and I started trying for our first child. Fast forward three and a half years and we are now parents to two beautiful boys. E will be three in December and P just turned four months.

I jumped back on to help me scrape the baby weight back off. The first 20 pounds melted away immediately but I am still 15 pounds heavier than "normal" and 23 pounds heavier than my lowest weight right before I got pregnant this last time.

It is HARD, being a stay-at-home mother of two, to find the time to work out, but I am managing. I have a membership at a gym with a nursery but I am trying to keep P out of there until 1)he is a bit older and 2)flu season is over. I've been doing what I can with the awesome Jillian Michaels DVDs on Netflix, and this week I joined a second gym. I need a 24-hour gym so I can go and work out and then be home before my husband has to leave for work at 6:20 a.m. The past two days I got up at 4:45 and went to work out and was really proud of myself for doing it. Tomorrow evening (have a babysitter coming) I meet with a trainer at the gym for my free "assessment", so at least I get to sleep in a bit!

Very excited to be back on here and hope I have time to really participate in the community again. And now...to bed!
