#Fit2Feast Day 3

Ok - Day 2 was more Feast than Fit. Enough said.
Started Day 3 with Coach Nicole's kick box vid.
Worked from home today so added Jessica Smith's Cardio Boot Camp Boogie.
Whoah...I could feel I've let my fitness slip so I modified but kept moving.
Tonight I stretched out with 20mins yoga.
I don't know whether it is the change in the weather but I am craving carbs big time. After such a long stretch educating myself to keep sugar to the minimum, this has been something of a surprise. Normally after a 0-12% per100g stint, sweet food tastes almost synthetically unpleasant but not this time.
What started yesterday with a dessert of ice cream and some honeycomb (Once won't hurt, I thought...and it's a family meal. Why not join in?) has had me patrolling the kitchen today like a lost soul - nibbling at Hubby's cookie stash; raiding the left-over trick or treat candies; wanting more than a healthy pear or some grapes.
I'm so annoyed with myself!
I don't know what makes our little fat cells start bleating, 'Feed me. Feed me now.' But I heartily wish I knew how to make them stop!!
Heigh-ho. Tomorrow is a fresh start and I'm going to try harder.
