#Fit2Feast Day 10

Yeay!! 10 days in and working hard.

Yesterday was my first 'fitbit' day and I probably earned a load of extra steps trotting over to my iPad to look at the numbers build up. Still some things I don't understand such as 'Activity Minutes', which registered in single figures. Curious as I accumulated 9337 steps and got an award for climbing 50 sets of stairs. I was definitely 'active' to get those!

Actually the stairs was an eye-opener. We have two flights as the house is on 3 floors and my office is at the top, but I hadn't realised how often I go up and down. I certainly wasn't doing that with anything like the ease back in March. That has been a major benefit of carrying 14lbs less weight.

Today's outdoor exercise was tackling the leaf fall over the weekend and the indoor work was a Jessica Smith 'Walk on'.

Salmon for lunch and a batch of chicken and ribbon veg stir fry for the family supper tonight.

Two lessons to teach after School but I will keep health in mind and be strong this evening. No extra snacks!!!
