    I need to work on breathing when I exercise. I feel like I am always trying to catch my breath.

    I am concentrating on being mindful everyday, every meal, and every snack. Portion control is my # 1 issue I'll be working on this year. 40 days they say it takes to start a new habit ..... 36 to go, LOL !!!
